OHAYO!!!
This is the Noble Endeavors' Reporter-san and I have come with NEWS!

...
Well.... News wouldn't be what it could be called given that there aren't any-- at least, not as much as real news would go...
Anyhowww, moshi-moshi, watshi no Reporter-san --This is Reporter-san of Noble Endeavors giving you updates of the PARKWAY COLLEGE BATCH 0801 happenings...! First on the list: The Bowling Event.
The Bowling Event was supposed to be the first in a list of events that are to be held this semester for the Student's Activity Curriculum. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our poor futile student's reach (i.e., project, test, project, test, project, test, personal life, project, test, etc...), The Bowling Event turned out to be the only event held for this semester's Student's Activity Curriculum. Rather pitiful if you ask me, but well, we hold on to whatever chance we get no?
The Bowling Event was held last July 06, Monday, on the last week of this semester's Academic schedule. It was a very simple, very quaint sort of event and consisted merely of eight, rather eager students (I'd say all their names but, oh, they are oh soooo shy.... except for our Stanley-kun, of course. He's the Photographer-san of the event.).
The event took place at about 6pm. As many of you may remember, it was quite a long day that day and we, the eight of us, understood that most of the students are rather tired to be participating into any more games. But we, again the eight of us, of the tenacious will and strong hearts (not to mention, skillful arms) trudged on into participating this event...! And we weren't disappointed with it...more or less.
The event started with a dinner at Anchorpoint (this, after almost getting lost due to some misfiring directional instinct on our side). Dinner was generally favorable--except for one ban mien which was deemed by one as irrevocably unappetizing. Soon thereafter, we headed our way to Safra Mt. Faber where we held the actual bowling.
They say a picture speaks a thousand words, and if that's the case, then that probably means this will go on 'till about a few thousand words if you expect me to tell you all about the bowling that happened in the bowling event. Luckily, we had Stanley-kun, our Photographer-san, who took more that enough photos to have you swirling in hundreds of thousands of words (which save me quite the fiddling about). He has the photos posted on his Facebook and if you wanna take a look, here's the link:
Even with the little people that we had, we had enough to really actually enjoy the event (except for once certain person who only scored...what was it... 23? Now THAT was pathetic.... :D). Although most of them were initially inexperienced to the sport, the participants of the event were able to be involved with the roll and smack of bowling balls and assembling little pins. It was truly an event worth remembering...and something most of us wished to hold again in the near future (that is, if we have enough time and resource ...and hopefully we do!)
It was a great first try--albeit the numbers were lower than expected. We hope to do better in the future...and when that future comes, I hope all of your faces would be in the pictures with us....
Well then, that's it for this post. It's a quickie, this one. I'll catch you guys up with some more (rather late) news when I can. So then, thanks for reading, JA-NA!
